Enjoying The View From Harrisa
During this tour we will visit the Jeita grotto-one of the most beautiful caves consisting of numerous galleries. The dry upper galeries contains one of the world's most impressive agglomerations of stalactites and stalagmites. The lower galleries can be explored by short boat ride through a 600-metre-long underground lake ( Note1: the lower section is sometimes closed in winter. Note 2: it is forbidden to take pictures in the cave ).
Next we will visit the gigantic white-painted bronze statue of the Virgin of Lebanon in Harissa and enjoy the beautiful panoramic view of the Jounieh bay.
After that we will go to Byblos which is considered to be the oldest city in the world, inhabited for more than 8000 years. The cradle of civilization, the city of Byblos gave its name to the Bible and became the starting point of the world's first alphabet. In Byblos I have always great time with my tourists in unique view near the sea.

-Departure from Beirut
-After 30 mn drive arrival to Jeita grotto, visiting of two galeries-upper and lower ( Note1: the lower section is sometimes closed in winter. Note 2: it is forbidden to take pictures in the cave). 1h30mn
-In 20 mn Arrival to Harissa (30 mn), the ascent to the statue, overview of the Jounieh bay and the surrounding area from the top
-In 30 mn Arrival to Byblos(2 hours), visit to the archaeological area, souks and Crusader church of St. John-Macus
-Arrival to Beirut
