400grams of yellow potatoes with skin, already boiled for 1 hour and still very hot at the time we meet
60 grams semolina flour
90 grams all purpose flour
extra flour to spread on the tray

Coarse salt and fine salt
2 cloves of garlic
a can/bottle of tomato sauce (not ketchup please)
1 mozzarella
Basil leaves (fresh are better but also dry are ok)
2/3 spoons of olive oil
Grated parmesan
