New ZealandScott is an excellent guide, and we had a great time on the volcano tour. We learnt so much about Hawaii, and got some great photos of lava formations. The day was paced well - lots to see but we never felt rushed. Coffee, turtles, sweet bread, lava - this tour has something for everyone, and we really enjoyed Scott's company.

United StatesScott is definitely 5 star. He patiently answered our many questions as we explored the Big Island. The terrain was quite diverse from the hilly and mountainous grassy knolls to the volcanic landscape in the national park. My wife and I definitely recommend Scott for a private tour of the Big Island.

United StatesOur first day with Scott was really neat. We covered a lot of territory and saw locations and sights that we would not have located by ourselves. We hiked off the beaten path a few times to places only local people would know about that were spectacular and well worth visiting. Scott knew what to expect at the establishments we stopped at or thought of stopping at, and took the time to explain about them, which made our choices easier. Scott was upbeat and an enjoyable person to be with.

Boca Raton, FL, United StatesBest private tour that we have ever had. Scott was very knowledgeable about the island and communicated in a fun, informative manner. We had him for a full day and were able to see everything we had planned in advance and more! We were a group of six with two kids ages 7 and 9. This was not the first time they had traveled and after the tour they could not stop talking about how much fun they had. I would highly recommend that anyone considering a tour on the Island of Hawaii use Scott!
