His fleet of late model vehicles were scrupulously clean, and his drivers were very professional. We highly commend Youssef to anyone looking for a "middle class" private car personalized tour. Not cheap like the canned tours, or ridiculously expensive like the Mercedes/white linen tablecloth restaurant competitors. Right in the middle, in what is to us the sweet spot.

United StatesWe added a three night Alexandria trip to the end of our primary Egypt tour. Youseff did a good job of helping us arrange RT from Cairo and showing us the basic must see sights of the city. Hassan our driver was also excellent. I did not realize how large city Alexandria is and it was not quite as relaxing as we thought. There was some misunderstanding about price and payment but that was worked out. If possible fly home from Alexandria. Getting back through Cairo was a nightmare.

We walked, took a horse and carriage, a taxi and a private car during our tour. Youssef showed us everything in a friendly, laid back fashion it felt like we were hanging out with an old friend. CanadaYoussef was very informative and accommodating. He met our train, gave us choices about timing, covered all the sites and took us for a wonderful fish lunch. My partner accidentally left his cell phone in the Alexandria Library. When he realized it was missing we were many km away but Youssef interrupted the tour and immediately had the driver return to the library and talked to Security for us and luckily it had been turned in so was recovered; both he and driver showed real concern. GermanyGreat Tour, we had an unforgettable day in Alexandria and the great opportunity to see the city through the eyes of one of its sons. Completely unlike the typical "professional" tour where halve the time they try to sell overpriced tourist crap to you. Mr. Youssef has sound knowledge of the historic and present city. Even though the tour actually took the promised 10 hours (extraordinary in Egypt), it never got boring or drawn-out.
