CanadaTom did an adequate job touring us in Tokyo for the day. His command of English is OK and by the afternoon he was more easily understood. He did however have trouble understanding our questions and had to ask for repeats or clarifications (which is a good thing) in order to properly answer which he did. I am not sure he has a lot of training/experience in guiding as there was a lot of silence time. I am not likely to recommend him.
TOUR GUIDE RESPONSE: Sorry for the review, but my task is not only guiding but also driving safely. I have to pay attention to the safe drive. On top of that it was raining heavily. That made you feel down. But as you said I need more training and how to guide. That should be correct. And Your review is informative for me. Finally sorry for let you down for the booking for the dinner and new booking for just transfer assign.
