CanadaWell now I want to visit Italy ASAP! Such a lovely guide (Silvia), and such amazing flavours! Silvia was very encouraging as well as helpful and easy to follow throughout the class. We loved the mini history lessons she gave in regards to the origins of the desserts, very fascinating! Both desserts are soooooo delicious, they certainly did not last long in our home . . . United StatesSylvia was a wonderful tour guide and instructor. She taught us to make two different Italian desserts in one hour and gave great instructions. She also provided history and color about Ravenna where is lives. We all enjoyed her and her class tremendously.

AustraliaSilvia is great. As we cannot travel at the moment. I brought a little bit of Italy to my kitchen. I booked an online cooking class with Silvia. The time difference was so easy it was 5.30 pm Sydney time, and 9.30 am Italian time. So a perfect combination for both parties. Silvia taught me how to make a traditional Tiramisu and Zuppa Inglese, which is an original recipe from the Romagna Region. Before we made each recipe, she told me the history of each dessert which is so fun to know. I highly recommend.
