Not only did we see the key sights during the tour, but it helped us get orientated with the trains/subway and taxi's - including the SUICA pass setup. As we were at the start of a 3 week tour of Japan, Eriko gave us help and advice and suggestions on future itinerary and this was over and above our expectations. We loved our tour and would cant recommend Eriko highly enough.

She helped us understand navigating this enormous city, and showed us can't miss sights. She also took us to the best sushi I have ever had. Highly recommend this guide!

She booked us lunch at a delicious sushi restaurant and there we learned a little bit about each other, Eriko was very easy to talk to and shared her knowledge of the train system which was super helpful, she also took the time to write down some places to visit during our stay, she even sent us some links after the tour was over to make things simpler for us. I loved the time we spent together and would highly recommend Eriko

We had her as our tour guide around Tokyo for our first full day in the country to help us see some of Tokyo as well as learn a bit about the subway and train system and she delivered on both counts. Her English is very good and she uses some visual aids and maps to help orient the tourist as to what they are seeing. She is very knowledgeable and clearly enjoys what she does which is felt by her enthusiasm and commitment to the tourist's experience. Highly recommended!

We all appreciated her thoughtfulness and fot going out of her way to arrange transportation slopes to enter the trains which made it so much easier for the handicap.

Pearl City, HI, United StatesSecond day of our tour with Eriko. Meiji Shrine was not on the itinerary but Eriko recommended seeing this shrine. We accepted and it was another wonderful selection by her. The Shrine is such a beautiful place surrounded by beautiful trees and landscape. Enjoyed the lunch at the shrine, visited Shibuya crossing, Harajuku, and Omotesando...and hedgehog cafe (not recommended). Eriko she was very understanding and patient taking all 5 of us with a wheelchair.

Pearl City, HI, United StatesEnjoyed our first day of tour with Eriko to Asakusa Temple. She suggested taking a taxi to the temple we had a party of 5 with one in a wheelchair. Excellent choice since the temple is hard to get to in a wheelchair. After took us to the Ginza area and lunch at Tsukiji Fishmarket. The sushi restaurant served deliciously fresh sushi. She was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful before, during and even after the tour. I learned so much and saw so many beautiful things. We especially appreciated Eriko's willingness to tweak our itinerary a few days before the tour due to our cruise ship changes. We had a wonderful day on April 1st, criss crossing Tokyo by train to see all the areas we had requested. Eriko was charming, funny, knowledgeable, interested in us, energetic and helpful. Buying our tickets for a train trip from Kyoto to Narita in 12 days time was wonderful, we could not have managed this without a lot of confusion. One could not get a better guide than Eriko.

We made changes on a few different days and she was really understanding.
