United StatesWe really enjoyed our time with Koji. It was raining the day of our tour, but he was still able to make the day fun. He also made an effort to get to know our two teenage boys. He met us at our hotel and communication prior to our trip was very good. We definitely recommend him as a guide.

He played arcade games with my son and even went out of his way to take us to a megastore so my son could check out his favorite Pokémon characters.

United StatesKoichiro is a great guide. He adapted the tour to take us out of the city to hike Mt. Takao out of an abundance of caution over the coronavirus. On return to Tokyo he took us to a great little Sushi restaurant. We will definitely book him for our next trip.

They were with him without me and they said that they felt completely at ease and had a wonderful day. Koji had to adapt, unfortunately, to blustery and rainy weather, and he did a magnificent job. He found many interesting indoor activities, including the Tokyo National Museum, where we had a delightful day despite the weather. Don't miss his choice of a wagyu beef restaurant (I could not read the Japanese name, but it was authentic and delicious!)

Despite the extreme heat, he found us ways to take frequent breaks to cool off and revive ourselves while avoiding heat-stroke as the temperature struck 96 F in Tokyo! We would recommend Koichiro, particularly if you are visiting Tokyo with kids or, as in our case, older teens. One of our sons has multiple food allergies and Koichiro was very helpful and patient assisting us to avoid his allergens.
