United StatesWhat a fun experience! Silvia was delightful in addition to being very thorough, organized and easy to follow. We had everything ready to go and she expertly led us through all the steps to making gnocchi. Enjoying the finished meal was the best part. While we can't travel to Italy right now, we felt like we were in Sylvia's Ravenna kitchen.

United StatesIf you want to have fun cooking (especially when stuck at home during COVID) and want to learn and enjoy a fantastic Italian meal, make a great memory of it and sign up for Sylvia's tour! Sylvia was thoroughly enjoyable as she taught us how to cook 2 dishes--gnocchi dizucca and tiramasu--a specially made tour for us. It was simple and easy, and as a bonus, we learned more about Northern Italy / Ravenna from her as a local tour guide! Thank you again, Sylvia! We loved it.

CanadaI was given the most wonderful gift for mother's day!All of our adult kids were able to join online and even though we were in 3 different locations in Canada it felt like we were all right there together with her in her Italian kitchen,enjoying our time as a family.Silvia was an amazing guide,so personable and willing to answer many different questions.She gave us great instructions ahead of time so that we were all very well prepared for the class. We all had an incredible time and now plan to visit!
