Eriko was a delight. She happily assisted us to get some train tickets for our onward travel from Tokyo and then carefully explained the train/metro system as we travelled around looking at some beautiful temples, shrines and parks. She was knowledgeable and very friendly and we would highly recommend her.

Eriko, was amazingly thourough. We spent 5 days with her in Tokyo and Kyoto. She was very accomadating. We made changes on a few different days and she was really understanding. Considering she planned out our trains and private cars for an entire week and we made a few changes on the fly, sometimes midday Highly recommended.

I had a very interesting and pleasurable tour with Eriko. Ueno Park and the smaller, older, Ginza were the highlights. Eriko knows the history of Tokyo and Japan well, and was quite conversive. She’s a great guide—wish we had more time!

Eriko is a six star tour guide. She is exceptional with a wonderful, cheerful personality. All 9 of us would definitely hire her again if we are ever in Tokyo. It was a cold rainy day when we took our 4 hour tour with her but we still enjoyed all the places she took us especially enjoying the sushi at Tsukiji Fish Market. She was waiting for us at the train station when we arrived with a sign which made it very easy to spot her. Hopefully, we will meet her again. A new friendship has been developed

Eriko was a very professional, helpful and engaging tour guide. She planned an incredible half day tour for us which included even more than we were hoping to see; and we saw so many things we wouldn't have been able to do by ourselves.
