Less than an hour from the Dock is a beautiful Tour with amazing views.
My family have lived in this area for almost 300 years. It is so close to my heart,
And is an easy journey from Tilbury docks and a real treat for any visitor.
Then on through the beautiful Blackheath with its beautiful Georgian architcture.
Straight into Greenwich Royal Park. The views across London are fabulous.
Here you will see the meridian line The Royal observatory, The Amazing architecture of the Old Naval College, The winding River Thames that was once the heartbeat of London.
This is the birthplace of Henry VIII and Elizabeth I his daughter.
We will visit the Queens House, and its beautiful art collection.
There is also a vibrant market with great food. Even a traditional cockney Pie and Mash shop for a pitstop if you fancy.
Itinerary
• Pick up at Tilbury 8. 30 - 9am
• Drive through Oxleas Wood,
• Following the route of the Romans
• Continue to Blackheath showing beautiful Architecture.
• Plenty of amazing photographic opportunities
• Visit and walk through the Royal Park,
• walk through Greenwich Market
• visit The Queens Gallery.
Lots of photo opportunities throughout.
• Back to Tilbury .
