Who doesn't know tiramisù? there are many ways to do it, but with my recipe I ensure you the best result. Only fews ingredients for one of the quickest and most delicious Italian dessert ever.
In my Region people become crazy for this dessert and all local restaurants can't miss to offer Tiramisù in their menù.
Zuppa Inglese is another dessert typical of my Region, Emilia Romagna, not so famous all over the word, but it deserves to be tried as a real masterpiece of the local tradition.
Zuppa Inglese doesn't really come from England but it has a legendary provenance and its creation is still covered by mystery.
It is a colorful creamy dessert, whose characteristic is the light use of a red liqueur, alchermes, which gives a unique flavor to the "cake".

270 g sugar
50 grams extra dark chocolate
400 ml milk
100 ml fresh cream
500 grams white mascarpone cheese
200 grams savoiardi biscuits
50/100 ml alchermes (red liqueur)
100 ml coffee
about 20 grams chocolate powder
