Visiting the residence of Yogyakarta Royal Family - an Outdoor Live Virtual Tour

This is an Outdoor Live Virtual Tour - live streamed by me from Yogyakarta using live video-conferencing software

Out of 45 royal families who are still live in the palaces all over Indonesia, the royal family of Yogyakarta has a special position that the others. Beside as the head of the family who overview the preservation of the Javanese cultures and heritage, the current Sultan (or, the King) is also the head (governor) of the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The history behind the granting of this really fascinates me as it shows the concerns of the Sultan to his people.

This is a live streamed virtual tour by me from the Palace/Residence of the Sultan of Yogyakarta using Zoom meeting.

Please note that the Palace is closed on Mondays and on Javanese festive days. Please kindly contact me before making any booking, thank you.
